At Jamie’s Therapeutic Touch Day Spa, your special day is as important to us as it is to you. We have designed a variety of wonderful ways for you to look and feel beautiful as you begin your walk down the aisle.
From massages to bridal makeup… from facials to fabulous body treatments, hair-styling and manicures (got to show off that ring!) we lavish our brides-to-be from head to toe.

Our exclusively-created six-month Countdown to “I Do” is an absolute must to guarantee that wedding “wow!” And take a look at our unique Bridal Spa Packages (we haven’t forgotten the groom!) and wedding party spa-celebrations.

Bridal Parties
For bridal parties of four or more, we request a $25.00 deposit per person at the time the appointments are made. Deposits are refundable if appointments are canceled 48 hours in advance.
We strongly suggest brides schedule a trial appointment for makeup and hair, with veil and/or hair accessories, at least three weeks before the wedding. These appointments assure you’ll have no surprises on your special day.

Wedding Day Planning
The following are suggestions for achieving the perfect look for your wedding day. To kick things off, though, let’s focus on something every bride worries about: her hair.

Did you know that the season your wedding occurs in should play a huge part in your hairstyle decision? Spring brides should guard against the humidity with ultra-moisturizing styling products and sleek, minimal pin-ups, braids, and ponytails. Summer brides should avoid gel like the dickens, and consider cute crops and sweat-fighting up do’s. Fall and winter brides? Well, you have a little bit of time – why don’t you check out the advice for yourself?

6 Months Before

- Begin your search for a hairstylist and/or makeup artist you like and trust. (We have 6 of them.)
- Have all your haircut and color experiments done now.
- Begin weekly deep conditioning treatments.
- Consult a Skin care therapist for skin problems.
- Research and invest in a skin-care regimen. (Dermalogica)
- Work out to improve overall energy level and confidence.
- If possible, indulge in a monthly facial.
- If you have light or bleached hair, limit or avoid contact with heavily chlorinated water.

5 Months Before
- If your nails are short, begin growing them out or consider acrylic tips and silk wraps.
- If possible, start monthly manicures and pedicures.

4 Months Before
- With your wedding dress in mind, work out target areas: decollate, arms, and waist.

3 Months Before
- Have your hair trimmed every four to six weeks.
- Make an appointment to preview your wedding hairdo.
- Make an appointment to have your teeth cleaned the week before your wedding.
- Begin a facial treatment program (every 4-6 weeks).

2 Months to 6 Weeks Before
- If you are planning to wear acrylic nails, experiment with lengths now.
- Schedule teeth bleaching.
- Enhance your nails with a manicure every other week.
- Make bridal-day appointments for you and your bridesmaids and relatives.
- Schedule trial makeup sessions with your makeup artist.
- Schedule trial hair session, complete with veil and headpiece, with your hairstylist.

1 Month Before
- Have a trial makeup session with your makeup artist.
- Have a trial hair session, complete with veil and headpiece, with your hairstylist.
- Start drinking plenty of water – eight glasses a day, at least!
- If you are coloring or perming your hair for the wedding, do so now.
- Purchase and test your wedding day skin, hair, and makeup products.

2 Weeks before
- Have a facial (only if you’ve had them regularly).
- Have your hair cut or trimmed.
- Touch up your hair color or highlights.
- Keep drinking plenty of water.
- Go to bed an hour earlier than usual every night.

7 to 10 Days Before
- Have your eyebrows shaped by a licensed Aesthetician. (We have 3 licensed Aestheticians)
- Full set of nails (acrylic, etc.)
- Facial
- Waxing (underarm, lip, legs, bikini, arms)
- Haircuts for men in wedding party
- Call your hairstylist and find out when you should wash or deep condition your hair. If you do so just before your wedding, your hair may be “too clean” to style, particularly if you are wearing an up do.
- Have your teeth professionally cleaned by your dentist.

1 Day Before
Have a manicure and pedicure.
- Have a massage. (We have 4 LMT)
- Gently exfoliate or polish your skin, especially your decolletage and arms.
- Apply extra moisturizer – everywhere!
- Take a nap.
- Drink two extra glasses of water.
- Prepare a beauty emergency kit containing:
- Lip gloss
- Cotton swabs
- Cotton balls
- Makeup remover
- Moisturizer
- Bobby pins
- Hair spray
- Translucent powder
- Brush and comb
- Eye drops
- Nail polish


Wedding Day

- Makeup application v Bridal up-do
- Bridal party hair styling and makeup application
- Give yourself plenty of time to get ready
- Eat nourishing, healthy meals. Have light, healthy, and non-staining snacks on hand for you and your bridesmaids while you get ready.
- Take plenty of deep breaths.
- Relax.
- Smile – you’re getting married!

The Silky Smooth Bride – Body Series
Your Wedding Day is one of the most important days in your life. It’s followed by one of the most important trips in your life… your honeymoon. Make sure you’re ready with a series of five, specialized Ionithermie treatments. We’ll help you look fabulous in whatever you’re wearing.

JTT Complete Bridal Package $380 *

At JTT Day Spa & Boutique we strive to help you and your bridal party feel special for your wedding day. Our highly qualified staff takes pride in making this momentous event memorable by pampering you with quality service in a relaxing environment.
This package requires the bride to make two separate visits:

- At least one week prior to the wedding day you will enjoy a hydrating body polish and a European facial and slimming wrap. You will continue with eyebrow shaping, and a trial hair style including veil placement and trial makeup application.**

Approx. 3.25 hours

- Prior to the wedding, you will relax with a full body massage followed by your wedding hairstyle and makeup. Includes complimentary tube of lip color.
Approx. 3 hours

Or customize your day with your own choice of services.
Ideas include:
- Bridal Style (includes veil placement) $70

- Updo / Formal Style (for the bridal party) $55

For the Groom $115*
Start with a full body massage, sauna session, then finish with a trim to tidy up for your big day. We recommend you book this appointment the day before your wedding day.

For your comfort we offer a choice of complimentary beverages throughout your visit.
To make your time with us even more convenient, we also provide the following services at a nominal fee:
- Outside catering (can be supplied with advanced notice)
