Spring is
here, and the milder weather and longer days beckon us to our
favorite outdoor activities. If you find yourself a little stiff now
and then, Yogi Tea offers two teas to help you ease into the season
of renewed activity.
Our Green Tea Active
Body is a combination of soothing herbs and gently
stimulating green tea. This satisfying blend includes
turmeric, one of the most widely used herbs for
joint support in India. We add devil's claw and
yucca to help decrease recovery time from minor
aches that may result from exercise.* Green Tea Active Body has a
bright citrus flavor with the addition of lemon grass, balanced with
flowery notes from lotus flower and rose petal. Green Tea Active
Body is low in caffeine, 19 mg compared to 90 mg in an 8 ounce cup
of coffee.
Yogi Tea's Joint Comfort is a
great alternative if you're looking for a less stimulating tea with
a bit more herbal support. Joint Comfort combines turmeric and yucca
with decaffeinated green tea?, and adds cat's claw
and devil's claw to help improve circulation.*
Delicious Joint Comfort builds on the earthy
flavors of green tea with the addition of peppermint and a touch of
spearmint. Joint Comfort's refreshing mint flavor is enhanced with
mild herbal undertones of celery seed and alfalfa seed.
To
bring out the best flavor in either tea, bring 6-8 ounces of fresh
water to just below the boiling point and steep about 3
minutes.
? Joint Comfort contains 2 mg caffeine per 8 oz
brewed cup.
