What is LaStone Therapy?
LaStone Therapy, or Massage, is, simply, the application of thermotherapy, using penetrating heated stones and alternating with cool stones. Yet, LaStone goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage, and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health and well being, creating a positive approach to "mind-body-spirit" philosophy.

In this treatment, heated basalt stones, and cooled marble stones are used. They are applied or rested over particular areas of your body. The stones are also used to actually massage your entire body. I thought I would share my photos and see if others like them as well. I think aside from being beautiful, these pictures keep us in touch with our natural environment, and the energy of Mother Earth.
