Spa Policies
Effective April 1, 2006 Jamie’s Therapeutic Touch will require a credit card deposit to guarantee all appointments for services and packages. This type of policy is standard in the spa industry for both day spas and destination spas. In the event of a cancellation of less than 24 hours or “no-show” for any or all services, the credit card on file will be charged a half fee for all services cancelled. For group bookings, one credit card number may be given to secure the appointments but will be charged for any cancellations or no-shows within the group.
This policy has been established to insure that our service providers are compensated for the time they set aside for our clients and their guests ahead of other clients. Without proper notice of cancellations, these service providers are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients.

- Monday – Friday 11 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday 10 am – 3 pm By Appt only
- Special appointments by request
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure you have the full time for your treatment. Please keep in mind that should you arrive late, we will still need to complete the service at the originally scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest.
Considerations
The spa is a place of tranquility, therefore relax and respect other guests by refraining from bringing cell phones and beepers to the spa. Also, please leave children behind and speak softly so that you can thoroughly enjoy your moment of solitude and relaxation. Thank you.
Walk-ins
We will try to accommodate all walk-in guests, but appointments are preferred. If you do not call ahead or make an appointment, we may not have the time available for your desired treatment.
Cancellations
Twenty-four hour notice is required. A valid credit/debit card number or signed check is held to guarantee appointment. Otherwise appointment must be pre-paid in advance. If paying by gift certificate, your certificate will be forfeited.
Gratuities
Gratuities are customary, appreciated and left to the client’s discretion. Gift Certificates do not include tips unless otherwise indicated.
Massage may be performed on-site or in office. A minimum of 15 minutes is required per session. For on-site massage, an overall minimum of 2 hours is required to travel and a $30 travel fee will be applied.
]Gift Certificates and Spa Packages
Customized gift certificates and spa Packages are available and may be customized to fit your needs. All gift certificates are non-refundable but fully transferable. Gift certificates may be purchased in person or by phone and can be sent to the recipient. If you receive a gift certificate that specifies a particular therapist, that therapist is responsible for performing the treatment. If your gift certificate will be expiring soon, you may contact us prior to the expiration date, and we will be more than happy to provide you with an extension.
Return Check Policy
A fee of $35.00 will be charged for all returned checks!

Most therapists at Jamie’s are independently contracted, therefore, Jamie cannot be held responsible if you are unsatisfied with a service. If you were unhappy with your spa experience, please discuss the matter with your therapist.
